PACKAGES CONDITIONS

  1. By filing in a form at https://practice.legal/Pricing/ the prospective client (the “you”, “your”, “yours”) will have the right to apply the discount by choosing one of the different packages:
    1. Package 2h – 2h legal work to be billed EUR 400 instead of EUR 500 (i.e. 20% discount);
    2. Package 5h – 5h legal work to be billed EUR 750 instead of EUR 1250 (i.e. 40% discount);
    3. Package 10h – 5h legal work to be billed EUR 1250 instead of EUR 2500 (i.e. 40% discount).
  2. By pressing “Apply” you send to Kirill Olegovitch Zabelin trading as “Practice Legal” an offer to enter into a contract for supply of legal services. There’s no contract between you and us at this stage. Kirill Olegovitch Zabelin, a solicitor of England & Wales, trading as “Practice Legal” and registered as a freelance provider in Bulgaria with BULSTAT no. 181350924. Kirill Olegovitch Zabelin and “Practice Legal” are also referred hereunder as “we”, “us”, “our”.
  3. Following the said offer, we will send to you an introductory email for the purpose to schedule a call in order to discuss your matter and/or give to you a possibility to send to us your documents securely. If we conclude that we can assist you we will send to you a quote. If the quote includes any work billed at the hourly basis then we will apply the discount corresponding to the package that you have chosen at the time you contacted us (see p.1).
  4. Discount will not apply to any fixed price work but we can take into consideration the package that you have chosen when agreeing the fixed price. In consequence, if you receive a fixed price quote, no further discount will be applied.
  5. One package can be used for one matter/project only. Once the hours in the package have been used, the standard hourly rate of EUR 250/h applies.
  6. In order to be eligible for the discount, the legal work within the scope of 1 matter/project must be paid and completed (unless otherwise agreed) within 1 month after we sent to you the quote as described in p.3. If we assist you with multiple matters/projects the legal works to which discount applies must be paid and completed (unless otherwise agreed) within 1 week after we sent to you the quote as described in p.3.
  7. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
  8. Packages is a limited-time offer. The form at https://practice.legal/Pricing/ can be amended or deleted at any time without any notice.
  9. This offer and all prices quoted at https://practice.legal/Pricing/ are subject to contract and applicable KYC procedures for the existing and prospective clients.
  10. If you entered into a contract for legal services with us following contacting us via the form as described in p.1 these Packages Conditions form a part of such contract. In case of any inconsistency between the contract and these Packages Conditions, the contract prevails.
